PMS usually occurs about two weeks before the onset of menstruation, and symptoms most often include irritability, mood swings, breast tenderness and crying spells. Other symptoms include acne, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, salt or sugar cravings, insomnia, headache, anxiety and difficulty concentrating."
